steve22i Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 Hello All, Just wondering if anyone has found a stout EWG hook for the 3.5" SK Coffee Tubes. The Tube Body is so short on this tube that any stout hooks I find seem to be too long. Thanks in Advance. Quote
Bass Rutten Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 Check out the owner wide gap plus, they tend to have a wide gap relative to it's length. 1 Quote
GetFishorDieTryin Posted September 20, 2024 Posted September 20, 2024 Ryugi Infini offset wide gap should work really well. The point is a few degrees offline of the throat, which helps with hookup ratio. The wire isnt super thick, but its very strong and the points are stupid sharp. The throat itself is rather short too, shouldnt be too long for a 3.5 coffee tube. Not sure if 2 or 3/0 would be best. 1 Quote
RichF Posted September 20, 2024 Posted September 20, 2024 This is what I use: https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Lazer_Trokar_Tournament_Tube_Hook/descpage-LTTTBHK.html Quote
papajoe222 Posted September 21, 2024 Posted September 21, 2024 The Trokar tournament tube hook is pretty beefy. I, Personally use Eagle Claw Lazer Sharp tube hooks when punching tubes. I like the gap on either hook, but the Trokars are too pricey for my budget. Quote
