It may hold fine, its definitely not a "perfectly" executed FG knot though and I'd personally probably throw it if it wasnt an expensive lure JUST in case.

Alright! Well then I think I'll keep this one since the leader isn't too large and I'll probably have to tie it some other time in the future. Then I can remember the other dos and donts lol

Thank you all for the advice and help!

There are worse things that can happen than loosing an expensive lure.  You don’t want to be on your death bed thinking about the fish you lost because you didn’t re tie a knot you knew could be better.

That's very true. One time I was really stupid and tied a knot cause I didn't have any bobber stops for the weights... Bass took it into the weeds and snapped at the knot I made... Large fish too... Still think about it lol.

I feel pretty confident in this knot, though. Sure it has one small crook in it, but I've done tests flips and casts. Haven't noticed anything going on with it.

Alright... Actually I think I figured it out... That's not a twist in the knot.

So the video I watched had me do multiple half hitches. That section that "twists" (photo will be shown below) is just where the half hitch knot forms. So it's just a little offset.

Please rate my first FG knot. It took so long to learn and I'm still not that good at it, but I think I got it done successfully.

Got a few cuts too from the line loll

This first attempt was a guaranteed backlash;  2nd one should be ok.
