How do you fish river channel bends in Florida?

I’m trying to learn some tips on how to fish river channel bends in Florida. What lures and rigs do you fish with in summer time on the bends? Is it better to fish the inside of the bend or the outside? Is there a certain time of day that’s better to fish the bends? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
