Creme Frog?

I saw these at walmart, they looked not the best through the package but good enough I figured I'd research it. Price was round $2.

Anyone use these or know how they are used? Do they sink or float?

 

First thought is Carolina rig.

Talk about a blast from the past. I had some of these as a kid. I didn't know they still made them.
