So what all do you guys attach to spinner baits?

So far, since discovering spinner baits last week, I've attached crawdads, paddle tails (Mayor and Keitech with chartreuse and white being the best colors), and Rage Tails. For Monday's fishing, I just attached a Geecrack Bellows Gill Creature Bait. It looks weird, but it might work. What all do you guys use?

I save all my used plastics and find something. A worm tail, used craw, anything that will give it a little extra.

Other than a Snagless Sally I don't normally use a trailers. Occasionally a single tail grub.

Nothing on an SV3 or a War Eagle usually. Paddletail if I want more weight or a pop of color.

Seriously though I use many of the stuff folks have already listed: rage swimmer, bellows gill, curly tail grub, Zako, spilt tail grub.  
 

I’ve also used nothing at all.

 

All have worked for well me.

I don't usually add a trailer. When I do, I use the Zoom twin tail trailer.

I have been using a elaztech diesel minnow for a swimbait and a trailer. A drop of super glue and it will last for many catches. I went to this because I had a lot of trails bitten off.

I change out skirts and/or blades if I feel like it isn't working.

 

I don't feel the urge to add a trailer, and on the rare occasions that I do, it feels and looks wrong.

A trailer does create a great, big gob of a lure, for sure.

Anymore nothing. I used to fish all of the above depending on the spinnerbait and profile I thought I needed. Trailer hooks on all of them. Then I started fishing them naked and have no drop off in hookups.  A lot of my spinnerbaits have trailers still attached which will range from keitechs (too fragile and expensive to bother), zakos (too heavy), SK blade minnow (adds no action, just weight), and split tails (my choice if I am adding a trailer). I’ll fish them as they are until the trailers wear off and then leave them naked.

When I use a trailer, the old school Zoom split-tail has served me well for over 30 years. Same for buzzbaits. Does everything a trailer is supposed to do, and nothing it’s not 😎

Mostly the Strike King KVD Perfect Plastic Blade Minnow.

Not interested in trailer action, and this one has very little.

Instead I use it for the profile.
