I like it, as a panfish imatator it holds its shape while moving and has a nice flow.

For shallow water it is better

Yes, but to be clear one is a big minnow and the other is a panfish. So I'm using one in open water and the other near weeds.

The chicken bite is up there with one of the best there is.  The outkast 5/8oz bluegill has been best on my water, I hope the northland is just as good because that crappie color will kill on my water.

I bought two last fall and fished it per Seth Feider instruction and had a blast. Biggest was 5.4 for a tiny metro lake in Minnesota not bad…. Then the pike took them away 😢 lol. I actually kinda forgot about the chicken! Thanks
