Happend to weigh one ? How does the foam feel? You like it ?

It feels like the knobs on the Zillion HD and Tatula Flip and Pitch.  Weight wise I'd say it's a bit lighter than the stock handle and knobs on a Tatula.

I just put the same handle in 85mm on my 80's.  Not sure about the round knobs... I need to fish 'em.

My favorite stock handles and knobs come on the new Shimano Calcutta Conquest and the Metanium.  For an upgrade,  so far, I have been pleased with the ones from Gomexus.

I just added this guy. I bent the handle on my Steez CT SV and put the handle from Steez A II on it. Then purchased this one for the Steez A II.
