my home lake is all owned by TVA up to a certain elevation, even including peoples yards. That came up when I cut a tree down 😂

I just pee over the side but I stand in the cockpit and brace my knees on the rail to help stabilize me.. I try to make sure nobody is around but i’m usually alone or the wifey is with me she pays no attention or sometimes watches the show… at a distance it’s hard to tell what people are doing on a boat anyways..  Something I’ve often wondered how does it work with a male or female boater that gets paired with a non-boater or marshall of the opposite sex?

If you have room for it, they make a toilet seat that snaps on a 5 gallon bucket. They sell them at outdoors stores, They also make heavy bags that fit. Just find a secluded cove, no one can see. When you get back to the ramp, just dispose of it. If in a small craft, kayak or something, just find some woods on shore, always carry baby wipes or TP.

How is the fine collected from the local wildlife?

Always an empty protein powder container in the boat.  There are small containers made specifically for #1, both men and women.  People who eat fish from the same body of water that is peed in by themselves and many others cause me to ponder.

The fine is issued by the sheriffs dept. They have 5-6 boats that patrol the lake.

I kneel down in the well of the boat and use a Rubbermaid container like this:

Just take the top off and there's no risk of "spillage". Then I dump it out overboard and rinse it out with lakewater.

During my Lake Fork tournament the other week I had an emergency beaching of my kayak and had to run into the woods. I forgot to pack my emergency TP, so thank goodness it’s the fall and nature’s TP was covering the ground.

The other day I forgot that I had tossed my pee jug in the trash and had to use a minnow bag. It was awkward.

OK, but how does the wildlife (fish/birds/frogs) pay the fine?

empty coffee can with plastic lid. Can stay in boat and rinse out later. Always in the boat.

I both pee and occasionally poo in my canoe. I'm always in the stern, so when there's a guy in the bow, I just ask him to not turn around. I use a plastic cereal bowl with a lid and wet-naps. Easy-peasy fresh and breezy! Going ashore where I fish would be real challenge. It's either boulders, bushes, or reeds.
