This is like asking "where to buy a smartphone."  A question so general makes answering it difficult.

Gomexus has worked out for me so far. Definitely an upgrade over the stock handle and knobs.

For anyone that might know.... Other than price, is there much difference between Gomexus and Livre?

@FishTank - hi friend, Livre knobs are notably lighter.  The outer skin is titanium (their bread-and-butter is motorcycle racing parts).  They form titanium sheet and weld it (CNC) - it can be very thin and have greater strength than Gomexus all-aluminum knob.  What's clear is that Gomexus copies Livre styling across the board (also Studio Composite).  Livre is notably lighter weight.  

 

Where Livre really makes a difference are the big power knobs.  Gomexus and even Yumeya power knobs can be 25-40 g, while Livre is 11 to 13 g, and down to 4 to 5 g in their I-shaped Fino knob.  

 

The more weight you cantilever away from the reel, the more torsion it places on your wrist.  I paid $11 on Amazon for the Gomexus carbon handle and swapped-in Livre EP37 in place of a pot-metal power knob.  

Also keep in mind some aftermarket handles aren't worth buying.  Before I cobbled the offshore jigging handle above, I tried a BassZone handle - their carbon handle actually flexed - a lot of good that's going to do...

I got a collection of gift cards to the Hook Up Tackle for Father's Day and I was thinking of trying this guy on my Vanquish C3000MHG but I am not sure about size.  It's 58mm. Also for $180, I can get a lot of tackle.

Are knobs pretty much interchangeable?  Standard?

  I need new knobs for a Quantum PT KVD Smoke S3.   The knob vendors mentioned above (and others) don't mention Quantum..... my handle is fine...just need knobs and I'm not particularly particular

@FishTank that's my absolute favorite EF30 knob, but I don't know what to tell you.  

I use my Japan broker and order Livre through SquidMania, who has their exclusive Livre parts, and discounts any Livre handle/knob combination.  

I like the counter-balanced Union handle.  (hook keeper on Livre Balancer is SquidMania exclusive part).  I paid $124 plus 6% broker fee for my handle/knob below.  

 

@Choporoz Shimano A and Daiwa S knobs interchange, with the addition of a bearing-size spacer (or 3rd bearing) at the bottom of Daiwa spindle. 

 

Since we're talking about spindles, note that titanium spindles are 40% lighter than stainless, etc.

I think Gomexus used to make Titanium knobs, but not anymore. I happened to find some on JDM sites. IMO the quality is almost as good as Livre, and they're light as well. They definitely copied Livre though, and for some reason, they never copied any big knobs like the Fino+, which I personally prefer.

I think Quantum handles use different knobs and bearings. Shimano and Daiwa knobs use 4x7x2.5mm bearings, but Quantum knobs use 5x8x2.5mm bearings, same as Abu and Lew's.

Studio Composite also uses 5-mm spindle, and all Doyo reels.  

Though Studio Composite also sells their super-light carbon-tube giant EVA knob in DaiwaS/ Shimano A.  FishingShop.kiwi sells the RC-SC ExPlus handle (w/ knobs) for $98.

Gee, these look exactly like Abu's knobs on the Revo Premier reels, which I am quite fond of.

I replaced all mine with Gomexus "Feel" cylindrical aluminum handles for my baitcasters.

I have a set of them from Ray's Studio.  The SDS stuff is just Ray's products marked up and sold on Ebay.  I don't remember what I paid for mine but it was way cheaper than than what SDS wants.  Weihai fishing tackle store wants $20 for a pair free shipping.  I got my sky blue knobs and spool tension knob from there when I made a Deez ICVB spool Revo Elite.

The easiest thing is to buy a handle with knobs already on them for Daiwa or Abu reels.  That's basically the handle shaft size industry standard at this point.  I like this $11 carbon fiber handle from Artsea on Aliexpress.  It has long knobs like the Zillion HD or Tatula Flip and Pitch.  Very comfortable when aggressively gripping and cranking on a reel.  You might be able to find them on Ebay marked up.
