Lost my favorite lure when my line snapped, need help finding it online!

I was fishing with my spinning rod because my baitcasting rod broke and im awaiting a new one in the mail. I am not the best at spinning rods, and when I casted too hard, the line snapped and my lure went flying into the middle of the pond. I need help figuring out what it was so I can buy another!

the lure:

- Metal swimbait with a spoon thing at the end instead of another treble hook. I tried to draw an image of what it looks like, but it is basically the second image with a spoon instead of 2nd hook. if you can find or know what this is, that would be awesome! looks more like this but no 2nd hook.

If you cannot find it get the closest blade bait you can find and replace the tail hook with a small spinner blade.

That doesn’t help you when you’re out on the lake. Maybe if you hold your phone under the water with the picture. 😀

my rule of thumb for baits I like are the qty should always equal N + 1 where N equals the current number you have.

Lol. Yeah thought about after i posted... i guess i just got in the habit of snapping a quick pic or two of lures i've found because i know how quickly they can get lost. That way i can still try to id it if i liked it or it caught a bunch of fish.
