I've seen pre-rigged worms this way, but I want to figure out how to do it myself to other models of worms. Anyone do this and could offer some tips as to how to rig them up?

There is no telling how many bass were caught on the Creme worm with the propeller and 2 hooks. I know when I first started bass fishing it worked for me. I think if you used a couple of snell knots you could rig one up yourself. Or just buy them at Bass Pro or Walmart.

There is a tool called Easy On worm threader. Basically a hollow tube you push through the soft plastic and feed you leader line through the tube.
