The answer seems to be, throw what ever you have and it will work!

I could fish one crankbait all day, but it would be a different "one" each day throughout the seasons.

My one  crankbait is a Strike King KVD 1.0 in Bluegill but it's all in on largemouths. Smallmouths were not near enough to me.
