I picked up a Fenwick HMXS 610MH spinning rod for a few dollars that is missing the second from the bottom, or 2nd largest guide. Can someone tell me the correct size replacement SS guide?

smaller than the largest guide but larger than the next.

Measure the other two adjacent guides' OD's of the ceramic rings (if they have rings, if not the ID of the wire opening) and select a guide that looks about the same in design but is in between the sizes and wrap it on.  It will work.

If you can get the data, select by height so that the line through the centers of the guides would form a straight line.  Would help if you posted a pic of the first guide and described its finish (SS/black/gold?)

Here is the largest guide. ID approx 11/16”. Next smallest guide still on the rod is approx 3/16” ID. I’m thinking the one I need is around 1/2” ID?

Guides are specified by mm, so I think you would want a V type single foot spin guide of size 10.  I cannot really see what the finish is, but try to match it. It looks dark, is it black?  What color is the ceramic ring?  thx

Yeah, I understand they’re measured in mm, but I don’t have anything to measure with but an old school, non metric ID gage. The guides are single foot, black, with a silver insert. The size 10 gets me close enough. Thanks for your help.
