The second is a Paw Paw Plenty Sparkle (c. 1950's) which were made in Michigan.  They're similar enough maybe both are by Paw Paw but I was googling through photos and couldn't find an exact match for the first one.  Both are a very nice find, look to be in great shape - possibly repainted?  They'll look great in a collection, and I'll bet they get bit too if you wanted to throw them.

That first one is a Hubs Chub Rattalure in frog color. The earlier ones were made by other manufacturers.

I know that this doesn't identify the lure but I noticed your poster . And I've got the same one except for kentucky in my fishing room.Compress_20240423_094055_5968.jpg.284074ed656f04a76ad27b2fc647d64d.jpg

Thank you @The Baron and @rboat for identifying the lures, they look to be original. I bought a Plano box and had a bunch of lures…. A few old Rapala’s jointed made of wood, one says “ made in Ireland”…. A few “made in Finland”, never knew they where made in in Ireland too.

@fin, yes there diamonds, the eyes too…. Been calling it my  “Elvis lure”.

@Timpsonyep it is on the wall of my work shop / shed with a little work bench. Mine is of Florida

Thanks everyone for your replies

Actually, the first one shown is a Johnny Rattler.  It's very similiar to a Hub's Chub Rattalur, both of which are some of my favorite topwater lures. I own quite a few of each one.
