RLinNH Posted April 20, 2024 Posted April 20, 2024 on the St. Johns river. I got bored within 4 minutes watching a guy standing in his bow that was staring at a tv screen while I was sitting on my couch staring at a tv. 2 Quote

volzfan59 Posted April 21, 2024 Posted April 21, 2024 I watched this morning, saw a little bit of everything. Some guys using FFS, some guys pitching, Hackney fishing Cypress trees with a spinnerbait. Enjoyed it all. 1 1 Quote

Susky River Rat Posted April 21, 2024 Posted April 21, 2024 I can’t really say I find live fishing tournaments that exciting to watch. It’s live they don’t catch fish every cast just like we don’t. If you want better entertainment value watch an actual fishing show. I do still watch it when I get the chance. Look up when they catch something then go back to whatever else had me occupied 1 Quote
Woody B Posted April 21, 2024 Posted April 21, 2024 I've never really considered fishing to be a spectator sport, but then again I rarely watch any sports.......or any TV at all. If you enjoy it that's great. If you don't, don't watch. 2 Quote

Watching the Bassmaster Elites is watching the best of the best do their thing. Quote

And that shot of the Manatee this morning was cool as hell. 3 Quote

Definitely some topics to “complain about” from what I’ve been reading and seeing mentioned from this event. He wouldn’t be the only one. Several posters here have already “complained,” I mean “mentioned them,” too 😉 Quote
