Scorpion 1001mg with a carbon fiber handle by Bassart of Japan

http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e208/jetsprint2/100_0467.jpg

Close up of the handle- kinda a crappy pic sorry.

But yeah been collecting this stuff for a bit thought I'd show it to ya.  I know a few of ya wanna know about the Steez and it feels great in hand but I have honestly not had a chance to give it a try- I will keep ya updated though- Kinda hard to fish in Idaho during the winter LOL. :'(  The carbon fiber handle was very easy to install on the scorpion not a big deal at all- I thought it was a must do- the scorpions come with a short, I mean very short handle- d**n near felt like reel'n a wing-nut LOL. ;D

Jetsprint2:

Which site did you get the handles for the scorpion mg1001 from? Did it make a difference in the weight of the reel? I need 6 of them.

Thanks

Holy Cow Batman, they sure are pricy for a reel handle I am glad they are out of stock for now. The bait monkey got me for 4 scorpion mg1001 & 2 Antraes AR left-handed this week. I'll have to choke that up next month. Somebody shoot that bait monkey.

yeah really pricey- I just checked they are actually in stock the one I got- they are under "Bassart" 80bucks with 4 bearings- yeah I'd hate to buy 6 of them- It is very nice and turns it into an even better reel-
