PTasker15 Posted April 16, 2024 Posted April 16, 2024 Hey Y'all, I've been getting into frogs and am looking into larger frogs, but can't find many, and when I can, there are no reviews. Anyone throw larger than normal frogs? What do yall think? P.S, we have huge bull frogs here which I have seen get crushed. No doubt larger frog lures could grab the attention of bigs. 1 Quote
KP Duty Posted April 16, 2024 Posted April 16, 2024 Megabass big gabot is the largest I know of, but reviews are mixed at best. 1 Quote

Pat Brown Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 The Zoom one is really really big. There's a Zara Spook that's made from hollow frog material with the same hook Assembly. Very very eager to try that bait. Looks like I would be great on big vegetable flats where shad are spawning. Super User Jar11591 Posted April 17, 2024 Super User Posted April 17, 2024 The River2Sea Spitting Wa 70 is a larger sized frog. Weighs about an ounce. This is it next to a Booyah Pad Crasher and Pad Crasher Jr for comparison: The Wa is longer, wider, heavier, and has much larger hooks than a normal sized frog. I’ve had some success with it. 1 Quote
