FishingDude Posted April 2, 2024 Posted April 2, 2024 Good day Recently won a new zebco 33, 75th anniversary reel, serial no. 0001 for this production run, signed packaging by Bill Dance. Fun addition to my fishing stuff, but curious what it might be worth. Thanks in advance. 1 Quote

Super User bulldog1935 Posted April 2, 2024 Super User Posted April 2, 2024 I believe the OP's question relates to the value of the provenance to a Zebco collector, specifically for the new boxed reel kept in its package. Does Bill Dance have a fan club that someone might want to own this memento, etc. As all things that may become collectible, it won't have a short-term value spike. But serial No. 0001 combined with the signed provenance makes it a singular item. Signature-model rods and reels come up enough on this forum page, some here place a value on them. 2 Quote
FishingDude Posted April 3, 2024 Author Posted April 3, 2024 I don't have a figure in mind. Might just keep it in my collection. Quote
