What's up guys. Just starting to swimbait fish this season and was wondering what line people throw the Magdraft (or a swimbait similar to) on. I have a spool of Trilene 15Ib Big Game in my garage and was wondering if that would be a good line choice. There's a YouTube video of 15Ib Big Game being tested and it has a breaking strength of around 22 Ibs. Thanks!

Sure let it rip......your not chunking a high dollar swimbait after all.

Lots of very season big swimbait guys use 20lb big game for 2oz+ baits.....Magdrafts come in different sizes and lengths.   On the 6" 15lb Big Game is perfectly fine, however on the 8" size I might want 20lb Big Game if that's the route you wanna take (mono vs. FC. vs braid)

Personally, Sunline FC Sniper 20lb is what I throw 2oz+ big swimbaits on.   I'm a devout FC user though.
