I'm wondering how many BR members still fish Charlie Brewers jig heads and worms? I've been using them for over thirty years. It's a relaxed non tiring style of fishing, and, it works very well.                                                  I've been able to catch bass on some really hard days with these worms and jigs. I also might add, these folks know fishing. They run a top notch outfit, and always ship fast. All they're stuff is made in Tennessee, and good quality.                             With all the " finesse" bass rigs we have these days, do we still have many BR members using the Slider?

I've got a bunch in the boat and kayak both. I don't fish their worms though. I pair them with other small plastics usually, most often, a Croc-O-Gator Ring Craw. Something about that pairing early in the spring is magic.

I have never had one of his jig heads but a while ago my buddy and I ordered several of everything that they make in sliders.  I still have some that I haven’t used yet.  They make great baits or white bass and hybrids.

Most are between $1 to $1.20 ea. Pretty normal prices.

Nope a slider jig had hooks that constantly need sharping and snag easily in our rocky lakes. Tried Sliders and wasn’t impressed. Slip shot works better for me dragging a worm.

Sliders work great on grassy shorelines in Spring and Summer .Stealthy approach to catching finicky bass.

I've used Sliders for years, the thicker wire ones. Never tried their plastics but they sent me samples with my Slider order this winter.

I order directly from his Slider copany as well.  Best selection is from the source.

I don't break them out often, but I do carry a small assortment of the jigs. I use them almost exclusively with skinny worms and a 'do nothing' approach, letting them fall slowly, lift and let them fall again.  Killer presentation I go to when my tubes aren't getting any love.

Outrageously priced? This is one of the few things in bass fishing that isn't overpriced.

@JediAmoebaI go thru lots of jigheads and get them way cheaper, jighead worm is my presentation 99% of the time I’m fishing. Trust me, when you are as broke as I am, you factor it in. Can I pay insurance and eat lunch today or buy a single $1.50 jighead and lose 4 in an afternoon? I choose the 10 pack of jig heads for $2.50

Yes to the slider spider heads, 90% with the heavy wire hook, with almost all my plastics. I fish them like I would a standard texas rig.

I do have some slider worms, but haven't fished them much, but hope to change that this year.

@KP Duty, I made less money than minimum wage in some states for a long time, it’s hard to comprehend 😂
