livemusic Posted March 3, 2024 Posted March 3, 2024 I found a gallon of Seafoam that is probably four years old. I remember buying two or three of these when they were on sale real cheap. This one got pushed behind something and 'hidden.' Still good? I don't see any 'use by' date but I didn't expect to see anything. Was in the garage... in the storage period, a low of 0*F and a high of 112*F. EDIT: I found the answer... I guess it's good! https://seafoamworks.com/questions-and-answers/what-is-the-shelf-life-for-sea-foam-motor-treatment-solved/ Quote

Super User Way2slow Posted March 4, 2024 Super User Posted March 4, 2024 I seriously doubt it and hope not. Back somewhere around 2008 I was having a hard time finding it so I called them to find a distributor. Since the nearest one was 25 miles and there was not one in the town I lived in, they told me if I bought 10 cases of the 16oz cans they would sell it to me as a distributer. With shipping it still cost me less than $40 a case. With 240 cans of the stuff, I'm still using that I bought back then, and have a huge smile on my face every time I open a can of it now, knowing it cost me less than $1.70 a can. Back then it was only costing me $2.25 a can though. 3 Quote
