I agree, he was pretty transparent on why he left and why he felt the need to come back now. Can't blame the guy for trying to go make more money, the vast majority of people in the world would move jobs to make more money if the opportunity presented itself. I think its more and more obvious that the MLF wasn't all it was promised to be when the split occurred. Man painful to see Matty lose another fish. Good news is that he already has a great sized bag and probably won't change his standing too much. Really hope however he isn't in a position to lost the tournament by just a few ounces. 1 Quote

ak6388 Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 I feel there is a few anglers having trouble with BassTrak outside of Milliken. Redwine hasn't had his even ping that he's still at 2 fish in about 3-4 hours now. No idea if he has anything else but usually they at least confirm every so often. 1 Quote

Big Swimbait Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 It is amazing that there will be a LOT of hammers with 75 lbs tomorrow with a shot at a Century Belt but won't make the Sunday cut ! Quote

Super User F14A-B Posted March 1, 2024 Super User Posted March 1, 2024 Just saw the video of McKinney catching the fish he broke off earlier with his jerk bait still in its mouth..  pretty cool. That kid knows how to fish! 1 Quote
Global Moderator TnRiver46 Posted March 1, 2024 Author Global Moderator Posted March 1, 2024 McKinney in 1st and Wong in 2nd Quote
Pat Brown Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 One thing is for sure. This tournament will be legendary when it's over. Lake Fork is really showing it's potential and it's not even truly the best time to fish Fork. 2 Quote

JediAmoeba Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 It's a crime that bass can't seem to understand you put cameras in the top guys but also, 5 or so fan favorites. Â Everyone wants to see GMan, Milliken and others... Quote

Where’s @T-Billy?? Haha Why not just just catch 'em the first time around? #STRAIGHTBRAIDBRIGADE!!! I've been very impressed with the Fins XS Big Game as of late. Smoothest 8 strand I've found, colorfast, abrasion resistant, and handles great. + MADE IN THE USA!!! 2 Quote
TheBaitMonkey Posted March 2, 2024 Posted March 2, 2024 Anyone gonna be at the tourney this weekend? Quote
Texas Flood Posted March 2, 2024 Posted March 2, 2024 Happy to see Feider make the weekend. Brandon Cobb going from 73rd to 29th is hella impressive. Same with Walters moving up 52 spots! 1 Quote

Pat Brown Posted March 2, 2024 Posted March 2, 2024 Tyler Williams is fishing a football jig with a white skirt and a small straight tail soft plastic jerk bait (looks a lot like a spunk shad) to catch his fish that are out deep feeding on shad. Looks like Bama strolling is taking off 😎😂🎣 2 1 Quote
Super User F14A-B Posted March 2, 2024 Super User Posted March 2, 2024 Anyone see what McKinney used to catch that 8 pounder on just now? 1 Quote
Pat Brown Posted March 2, 2024 Posted March 2, 2024 @alonerankin2Looked a lot like a jerk bait to me, which is what he's been catching most of his fish on the past 2 days. 2 Quote

Super User F14A-B Posted March 2, 2024 Super User Posted March 2, 2024 Rivet seems seriously frustrated today.. not sure why but he seems distracted for some reason, poor casting, birds nesting etc. he does have five fish now, on jerkbaits.. Wong is showing the same symptoms as Rivet.. I think these guys are tired tbh.. 1 Quote
