I have been reading up on reels both spinning/baitcasting- on sites like tackletour.com.  I was wondering if any of you guys could tell me where these guys get aftermarket parts for their reels- and better yet what are they? On a review I read on Tackletour the guy added a carbon fiber handle and other internal parts to a scorpion mg50- the upgrades would be cool to have but where on earth do you get these kinds of things?

Jet:  I'm a deep South Rebel but Bill is one fine yankee to do business with. ;)  He provides quick and great service.  He will also try to obtain specific parts, reels, etc for you if he doesn't happen to have it in stock 8-).

yeah I just bought a carbon fiber handle from him for my scorpion 1001mg- guaranteed to be the only guy from Idaho with a reel like that! thanx again lightninrod- the deep south is cool I lived in Tampa FL for a short time- I'll post pics of the reel when I get everything- I am bringing in aftermarket drag peices for it as well.
