Sorry, but little confused.

 

What's next?  I signed up prior to 1/21.  Was I supposed to get another email indicating the sale with a code or was it supposed to automatically happen at the checkout per my login?

 

I put together an order and not only did it not indicate a 20% savings on anything, but ETA on free shipping was 4/15/24.  I understand not everything was likely 20% off, but in a $200 order, nothing was.

 

Must be order error on my part.  Only other question was the ETA date.  Hard water here in WI so wouldn't need until May anyway, but that's a long way out.

I got an email code this morning via email.  Its a click through link to activate.  I haven't done it yet (was just about to).

It will show in your cart when you sign in to your TW account.  I had to open the email link and then sign in to my account to get the discount applied. It'll show as 1 item in your cart.

And for reference, I can confirm that Shimano rods and Magdrafts are excluded.  The zodias spinning rod I sent back was supposed to be replaced, but they gave me store credit so I waited until this sale to reorder.  One of the associates on the chat said they would be part of the sale so...

 

They were not part of the sale.

Also, their website is struggling (presumably with traffic) all morning.

been trying to get back to my cart for checkout for the past 5 minutes.

 

Checkout isnt happening. Constant 404 File Not Found. Stay strong fellas (and ladies)

 

And done...25 minutes to checkout. At least I can finally test out some Tatsu now.

Hmm.  Got busy with work.   After reading responses I just checked my emails and still nothing from TW with a newsletter and the discount.  I have the Friday email confirming I joined.

 

No biggie.  Stuff may be backordered by the time I get this figured out.  🙂
