My sister in law told me to go look at her late hub's fishing gear and take whatever I could use. He was a bit of a pack rat so I took a pretty good bit, some of it vintage. I know the top is a Heddon Cobra, the next down is a JC Higgins (Sears house brand, not made since 1961)) S model??? But the crank and the Torpedo looking lure have no markings other than "Japan" on the bill and the propeller. They're both plastic so I doubt they're older than late 70s. The bottom one may be a version of the Torpedo. I also got a fly combo and his fly assortment as well as a bunch of other lures and bags of soft plastics.

The second one down is a Heddon River Runt, or River Runt knock off.  If it is a River Runt, it would say Heddon, River Runt Spook Floater on the bottom of the lure.  If it doesn't than it is a nock off, but a very good copy.  The color and shape is exact to an original Heddon.

The next one down is a knock off of a Cordel Big O.  If it were an original Big O it wouldn't have the Japan on the lip.  The color and shape are very close to the original Big O

I don't know about the prop lure.  It is two fat to be a torpedo.  There are so many double prop baits that look similar, could be one of many originals or knock offs.

The 2nd from the top is a JC Higgins brand, which was the Sears house brand of sporting goods. They ceased to use the name in 1961, so it's at least 62 years old. From what I can find online it may be called a Paw Paw. I was mainly asking about the bottom two. I think you're right about the Big O. But it looks like the line tie is a little further away from the bill than the Big Os I see online. The other one is not as fat as the pic makes it look. It's quite small with flat sides (top & bottom).

Yes, I said that. I was asking about the bottom two.

Check this out. Looks like mine is a plastic knockoff of an old wood bait called the Injured Minnow. But the old one is probably also a knockoff of another brand. image.png.e19e213f17b184001c4c1ad25fb36322.png

Gas stations had Heddon knock lure kits and those 2 bottom lures look like they came from a knock kit. Heddon Injured Minnows didn’t have a screw eye hook hangers or come in spook colors to the best of my knowledge.

Didn’t see the Cobra mentioned.

Yeah, I was thinking the "Big O" looked like something from Walmart.

The Cotton Cordell plastic Big O looks just like the photo posted. The Fred Young original Big O was a hand carved wooden lure and expensive back in the day.

I'm not sure about the crankbait.  It sort of resembles an old Big-O.  It has the correct coloring but the eyes look off.  It may be an old Norman crankbait.  If I remember right those eyes were up front closer to the line tie.

The prop bait is bugging me.  I thought I recognized it, so I looked in the old tackle box and I have one exactly like it.  No idea what it is called.

I don’t have my antique lure books anymore, gave to a BR member who bought my older lures.

The Injured Minnow was made 1st by Heddon and followed by Creek Chub Bait Co. The props are CCB design so my guess the prop lure in a plastic molded Creek Chub Injured Minnow.

The color and pattern of the bottom lure is very Heddonish.

It's shaped exactly like the Creek Chub Injured Minnow. But those all have the name on the backside. This has no marking. So I'm guessing it's a later Heddon copy or maybe even a cheaper knockoff. Mine also looks like it has cheaper hardware.image.png.60d5256f8f3c744dd8fece754e922e13.png
