You guess a random word and the yellow squares tell you that the letter is correct but in the wrong spot. Green squares indicate correct letter in the correct spot. Gray means the letter isn’t in the word at all. So you use those clues to guess the correct word. For connections, there are 4 categories, and 16 words. A word can only be in one category, so you have to group the words together correctly. The words will have some correlation with the other ones in that group. All the colors matched together in a row means you guessed correctly. All 4 rows with correct colors indicates a perfect score with no incorrect guesses. 1 Quote
