Anyone compared the Victory 30313 to the Owner 5013? I havent used either brand yet. I’m looking for a stoughter option to my light wire EC lil nasty for my mushroom head jig in size 2 and 1/0. Not worried about fit. I dont think the diameter or eye shank length will be a problem. Just curious how the victory stacks up to owner, or even gami for that matter.

Did you mean 10313? I use the 5013 in a 1/0 and like it.

Yes, sorry. 10313. I’ve heard alot of positive about Owner for sure.

Barlows list the wire diameter for hooks if you are looking to compare. If you want the strongest small hook get some Mustad 32833 steelhead hooks.

I haven't compared those exact hooks, but I've used several Victory hooks for a couple years now and really like them. Very good quality hook.

Thats what I’ve been curious about. Did the founders come from Owner or was that Mustad.

They seem very similar to Mustad to me, but a little more refined.
