lubina Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 Last weekend my IMX MBR 844 tip guide lost the inner ceramic ring. I've never done any kind of repair in any rod so I was feeling very overwhelm since I want it to come out right. Following Flechero's advice I called the company, they delivered the matching part overnight mail, no charge. That is service. With a kit from ReelMech and the instructions from his web site I have the rod back and operational by tuesday night. Thanks everyone involved. Quote
Siebert Outdoors Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 G Loomis sent me out a FSR904x tip top not to long ago because some how I broke it. NO Charge. Thats why I buy them. Quote
Deuceu72 Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 I have a good one. I shut the tailgate of my truck on one of my loomis rods a year ago or so........I talked to the company and they sent me a new rod anyway, even though it was my own d**n fault! Now that made a customer for life! ;D Quote
Super User Alpster Posted November 22, 2006 Super User Posted November 22, 2006 They replaced 2 rods for me this year, no questions asked. A GLX and a IMX. I am about to order 4 new G-Loomis blanks. Not just great customer service, but 1st class fishing sticks also. Hey G-man, I've got an FS904 also, bought the blank and spiral wrapped the guides with foam grips, what a sweet fishing tool it is!
