JackstrawIII Posted September 17, 2023 Posted September 17, 2023 Hey, I'm on the hunt for some high quality bass (or fishing in general) themed art and puzzles. The art would be for my office. I really appreciate classic paintings in the style of the Hudson Valley School, which tend to have dark earthy tones and sweeping vistas. I currently have a beautiful painting of deer by a lake painted by Albert Bierstadt (it's a print, of course) and would love something similar in a fishing theme. My wife and I are also really into puzzles. We love Americana style (our favorite is Charles Wysocki), but if anyone has a lead on some good bassy puzzles, I would greatly appreciate it. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!! Quote
Super User Scott F Posted September 17, 2023 Super User Posted September 17, 2023 One of the finest wildlife artists is Al Agnew. He’s done many of the covers of Bass Pro catalogs. I own several smallmouth prints of his. Here’s a couple of his bass paintings. He has dozens of different fish and animal prints for sale. 2 Quote
