I can say that I am very happy with my 2022 1875 Lund Pro V bass XS.

You should post a photo of yours sometime in the “show your ride thread.”

Interesting, I sold my Ranger Reata and bought a Lund Pro-V Bass 1875. I went from a fishnski “jack of all trades” boat to a pure fishing platform with the Lund. A major upgrade for me as I was much more fishing focused and always somewhat frustrated with the Ranger.

For what it’s worth, I had a 150 hp on my PVB and never felt inadequate. The money savings allowed me to buy some kick-ass electronics while still being able to go 50 mph if I needed to (rarely ever went that fast, and never wanted to go faster).

I also towed my PVB with a Jeep Grand Cherokee V6 rated to tow 6400 pounds. I towed it from Minnesota to Arkansas to Rainy Lake in Canada and never felt under-powered.

The best 2 things about the Lund are the XS seating and the plethora of storage.

Sadly, I sold my Lund and my last fishing trip with it will be in 2 days. The day after that a new owner drives it away…

Hey FryDog, are you replacing the Lund with something else?  I saw it for sale and it was a heck of a deal.

I just tried and it says file is too big.   I hate technology.

I looked at a ton of bass boats before purchasing a Lowe.

Lund would be at the Pinnacle for aluminum hull and also really liked Vexus locally.

Hope you find the right boat the suits your needs.

We are moving out of state and have 2 moves planned - the first we know where, the second (a more permanent location) we don't yet. I really hated selling the boat, but it just didn't make sense to tow it a long way and store it for an indefinite period of time, and then move again. In the meantime, I have my Autopilot with Livescope and plan to fish freshwater, salt, and who knows maybe even a Bassmaster Kayak event.  Life's an adventure...!

Congrats on your new adventure.  Wish you all the luck and happiness you deserve.  Enjoy the ride!

If I had the money to buy any boat I wanted, it would either be a Lund Pro V Bass or a new Vexus (2024 hull design).  I like the layout of the new Vexus, but I think the Pro V Bass is the best aluminum bass boat on the market and maybe the best period.

A-Jay is the expert and has tons of good videos to see what it will do.
