I'd like to replace said knob on my SV 70 TW, left hand. Is there an aftermarket left hand spool tensioner knob that will work with this reel?

What are you trying to accomplish?

replace the zero adjust tensioner that is stock on the TW SV 70. It's a bit hard to get a grip to turn it, so I thought if there is a drag tensioner that would fit and work with the SV 70.

But it’s zero adjust so you shouldn’t have keep adjusting it.  That’s the point of it.  :)

Just set the knob to eliminate side play and you should never have to touch it again
