Dan N Posted August 30, 2023 Posted August 30, 2023 Bought a few a couple years ago, and kinda forgot about them. Anyone have good results with them as different option for Texas rig? Quote
RRocket Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 I used the Tokyo quite a bit before I settled on the Jika. It was a productive rig. 1 Quote
Super User Darth-Baiter Posted August 31, 2023 Super User Posted August 31, 2023 no luck. i did however watch my friend kill it with a Tokyo rig punched into light mats. Quote
GetFishorDieTryin Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 I couldn't do very much with them. I like how they come through grass, but the soft bottoms here just swallow them, or bog them down with crap. If there were more hard bottom locally, they would be much more efficient. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted September 2, 2023 Super User Posted September 2, 2023 I started with jika rigs and then made my own 1 oz. Jika punch rigs. I have no use for a Tokyo rig. Seems like a fussy copy that does the same thing with way more expensive parts. Quote
