Anyone know a company that makes one? Strike King use to, but doesn't anymore. I just used my last bag of them recently. I took a picture of the last torn up bait for an example.

No doubt, that's an unusual color. Your best bet is to check out some local hand pours and contact them about making you some.  You'd likely have to order more than a dozen, but it sounds like you'd go through a dozen in short order.

There are a number of guys here that pour tubes. looking45 just gifted me a few, you could PM him.

I thought big bite baits had something similar at one point

Try secret lures, their stupid tube has one looks similar

Thanks for the suggestions. I should have specified, the tube I was using is a 4.5" tube and I'd like to find a similar sized one to hold a 4/0 EWG tube hook if possible.

Actually that copperhead color is going to be the answer I think, thanks!

Did the Strike King one have a solid head?  I’d think that’ll be the hardest to replace.

I guess you could just throw a 1/4” stick worm piece up the tube need be

Yes it does and that is really nice to have but doesn't seem to be something many bait makers do anymore. They still make the flipping tube and a version in their coffee lineup, but no colors close to that one.
