Not able to find a ton of info on these rods out there. Looking at the 6'9" MH, it's quite difficult finding a light MH under 7' in the $150 range. Seems handle is longer than I'd like for a jerk rod.

I have a 7'7MH and taking a guess, I think it could be a jerkbait rod at 6'9.  But I think you'd be limited to jerks that like to be hit harder and/or are heavier/larger.  A vision 110 seems like it would not be ideal with this action based off my guess.

I have a Major Craft Days 692M that is real close in feel to a 6'10M expride and under budget.  I'm confident this can go down to a vision 110 and also up to a rerange MR and would be something I could definitely recommend.

Edit:  I didn't fully read your post about looking for a light MH, my bad.

They do have a 6'9" MH, sweet! And the fact that it's a 2 piece is an added bonus for me. Never even heard of Major Craft but I just ordered one anyway. Kind of surprised shipping price is included if it's coming straight from Japan ha, it's a steal if it works out.

I picked up 3 major crafts in early spring, Days 692M & 702X, and a salt/rock fish Triple Cross 792MH.  These are my "travel" rods and my least expensive rods, yet they all instantly became some of my favorites.  They are definitely a steal at sub $150.  I think you're gonna be happy and would love to hear about it when you get some time in with the MH.  I might be able to swing a southern road trip this winter, and definitely have my eye on adding either or both the MH and H.

How you like the triple cross? I thought about grabbing a MC suzuki rod, but went with a Dialuna instead.  The ML Dialuna is rated from 3/16 or 1/4-1oz and is a blast to fish, but there is no way I would put the screws to it with anything over 1/2 it feels like ill fold it.

If Major Craft still makes the Nanoace NAC-T681MSI* Splash-It 6’8” MF rod, it’s excellent at $125.

Tom

* MSC-T681M MS-1 series $170, BXC-69M or MH is under$120
