Haha.  My wife loves having friends over for dinner.  She wants to start a supper club.  (Yikes!).  Anyways today was the day.  We haven’t done this since Covid.  Here’s the deal.  My wife can’t cook!

I planned the meal, prepped most of it last night and today. KAPLOW!  I put it together as the ladies trickled in. I did a southeast Asian meal.  Crying Tiger steak w grilled shrimp.  Served with sticky rice and a green papaya salad. All of it with lettuce herb wraps.  I got them started, them made myself a plate and I Vamanosed into the back room with my dog….and a beer.  I can hear them laughing and talking S.  All nurses, so I had nothing to contribute story-wise.  My job was done!

I am ALMOST positive a could order another Megabass rod and not get in trouble right now. Haha.  Mission accomplished. :)

I’m trying to hide until the dishes are done. It’s nice seeing my wife have some ladies-time.

My wife was an RN for 35 years. Her and her co-workers had some stories. Especially the ones she worked with in Psych.
