waymont Posted August 1, 2023 Posted August 1, 2023 Second time this happened to me. First time I needed two reel screws, and this time I needed some yoke springs; both times they were sent out free of charge. Talked to a human who was knowledgable, fast, and pleasant. 8 Quote
badfish79 Posted August 1, 2023 Posted August 1, 2023 I remember when Lew's used to give great service like that. It really helps to create loyal customers. I am now venturing away from Lew's because the way they do support nowadays. Maybe I'll give a Daiwa reel a shot. 2 Quote

MediumMouthBass Posted August 2, 2023 Posted August 2, 2023 Awhile ago received many Lews rods and reels i purchased and had a few questions about them, went to call Lews customer service and was told by a robot they werent taking calls for awhile and to use their email. Had a question about a Daiwa reel that i was interested in buying, called the number and got a quick answer. The person was very helpful and answered my questions, bought the Zillion after that. So win for Daiwa on being able to talk to an actual person. 1 Quote
