Banor Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Ok before you even respond to this thread, read carefully. I'm not interested in long esseys and arguments for or against this line. I probably wont even read them and if you have never used this line, dont bother responding please. All I want to know from the people who have used it is - Is it worth the money and would you recommend I try it? Simple yes or no. Thanks. I just dont want to turn this into another my line is better than your line thread because it's a waste of time. B Quote
JediAmoeba Posted March 3, 2024 Posted March 3, 2024 Yes. Gamma is my favorite line. Edit: Lol. Resurrect the dead! I hit the last arrow instead of the next arrow...didn't realize it. Oooops Quote

I was surprised to see it was almost as thin as 2 lb line but then I was also surprised to see it was almost $20 for only 100 yds putting it in price range with Tatsu. Quote
Super User bulldog1935 Posted March 3, 2024 Super User Posted March 3, 2024 gotta hope they've improved in 17 years. 1 Quote
Swest18x Posted March 4, 2024 Posted March 4, 2024 I've used it a lot for leader and never ever had a problem. Been using camouflage fluorocarbon line lately but Gamma is still my go to. Seems like really tough line. WHOA...2006??? Quote
KP Duty Posted March 4, 2024 Posted March 4, 2024 When Gamma Edge came out, they did a BOGO and I picked up several spools. It was a softer fluoro with lower memory/good knots. Quote
