Check out Gomexus.  I have them on 4 reels now. I love how they feel. They do add a little weight just based on the size but cranking with them is a pleasure. 

 

You can also check out Plat. They may have the bigger handles that are OEM for the Exsence DC (96mm).

@Fishingmickey's link is the choicest handle made, along with Studio Composite.  Titanium knob spindles, carbon tubes in the handles - they're notably lighter than the stock handles.  

SDS sells quality parts from the Pacific rim.  

He sells Ray's Studio parts.  

I put his EVA knobs on a Lew's TP, and they were very nice.
