pod motor set ups are never cheap as they are very specific to the boat.  I am not super familiar with that boat boat isn't it relatively new?  If so, it will limit options most likely for now

the cheap way will be to make a DIY solution.  You'll need a blanking plate for the drive hole, a trolling motor of choice (with associated wiring and battery), and some hardware.  I don't know if there is a plate on the market that already fits it.  If not, a piece of starboard of appropriate thickness would be a good start.  You can pick up a used transom mount trolling motor on marketplace relatively cheaply.  With care, you can cut down the shaft to a very short length.  Then you just need a way to tie the two together.  Quite a few people have done it on various kayak forums.  All in you're in for about $150 plus the battery of choice.

Okay. My makana 100 now has a trolling motor where the pedal drive was. It was an easy modification to be honest! All me and a buddy did was make a plate out of wood that would fit in the pedal drive port, bolt a small aluminum plate on the underside of the wood for added support, de-lid a trolling motor to cut the shaft down, then drill a hole through the plates that would fit the trolling motor. Works great!
