Pinnacle1 Posted July 19, 2010 Author Posted July 19, 2010 No problem, Brian. The contest has been very well received by the members of Bassresource.com. We're glad to give lucky forum users, such as yourself, a chance to get a "sneak peak" at these new, professional-grade rods. You should be receiving your rod shortly by UPS ground. Once you've had a chance to wet a line with it, we'll look forward to reading your posted review at the "Fishing Rods, Reels, etc." and the Pinnacle Fishing forums. Congratulations! Quote
Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted July 19, 2010 Super User Posted July 19, 2010 Pinnacle, BadKarma42 lives in Pennsylvania, not Virginia. I should know, he has been netting my fish for the last 5 years. ;D Congrats to the winners. Quote
Pinnacle1 Posted July 19, 2010 Author Posted July 19, 2010 Thanks, Speedbead. You're correct...should be PA not VA for our winner "BadKarma42." Typo on my part. Tell him not to worry...we have the correct shipping address on the rod shipment form. Best, Pinnacle1 Quote
oprcsr Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Grats winners, I hope you like your rods as much as I am enjoying mine. Quote

Brian4618 Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Pinnacle1 I have a question for you, I was reading the review for the Perfecta Rods on Tackle Tour and I read that these rods will come with a limited lifetime warranty when they come out. Im assuming the contest winners are going to receive this warranty, but on tackle tour, it says you'll need proper proof of purchase, will the winners have or get this proof if, for some reason, the warranty offer is needed? Thanks Quote

Pinnacle1 Posted July 20, 2010 Author Posted July 20, 2010 FYI...every Pinnacle Tournament Class Perfecta rod does come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We are extremely confident in the quality and durability of our new, state-of-the-art rods, and we back them up accordingly. The Perfecta Limited Lifetime Warranty information and conditions are described clearly on the hang tag that comes with each rod. And yes, we will be honoring the Limited Lifetime Warranty in the case of our contest winners (even though they didn't actually purchase these items), as long as the other stated warranty conditions are met. Regards, Pinnacle1 Quote

Gonefishing65 Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 Is this a contest that we have to sign up for. Are do we just get picked out of a hat. Quote
Pinnacle1 Posted July 21, 2010 Author Posted July 21, 2010 You need to sign up for the "Perfecta Sneak Peak Rod Giveaway." You can do so by sending a PM to me, Pinnacle1, with the following information: Full Name: E-mail Address: Regular Mail Address: Your favorite fishing technique (i.e. cranking, flipping/pitching, finesse spinning, spinnerbait, swimbait, Senkos, etc.). Once I receive this info, I'll make sure you're entered into the contest. FYI, this is the last drawing (of 5 different phases) of the giveaway. We'll be selecting the winners of this last phase of the contest on July 26. Good Luck, Pinnacle1 Quote
HopelesslyAddicted Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 Do we need to reenter for each phase or are we automatically in the running for the next one? Quote
Pinnacle1 Posted July 26, 2010 Author Posted July 26, 2010 Yes...you do need to re-enter each new phase of the contest. Entries from previous drawing phases do not carry over. Pinnacle1 Quote
HopelesslyAddicted Posted July 27, 2010 Posted July 27, 2010 d**n if I had known that I would have entered again, but I didn't want you to think I was cheating or something. That's what I get for trying to do the right thing. :-[ Quote
