Greeting all!

I've been lurking for a few months and decided I need to join. This site and the associated YouTube channel have been a great resource for me as I am trying to learn more about bass fishing. I fished quite a bit when I was a teenager but then life happened and well.....

This spring my fire was rekindled. I never targeted any particular species growing up. I basically stuck with nightcrawlers as bait with the occasional trout spinner in there. I have a lot to learn but have been making up ground fast by reading through the forums here.

I am from central PA and have quite a few streams and rivers nearby. I'm also less than an hour from Raystown Lake, Sayers Lake and Colyer Lake.

I am almost exclusively a bank angler/wader. I do occasionally float in a recreational kayak but it isnt great for fishing out of. Now I just have to find the time to get out on the water more.

It's a pleasure to meet you all!

My story is a lot like yours. Life happened, but the thought was always there. Once I wet a line again it was a rocket ride and has been ever since. Love it.

Welcome aboard!

Welcome aboard Marvin. The Juniata is a great SM river. I’ve waded a lot in her by McVeytown.
