I'm sure he'll be back around.  They just got done unveiling a bunch of stuff at ICAST.  Could still be a bit busy getting finished up and out of Vegas from the show.

Apologies for the slight delay in responding to your recent posts.  I have been at the ICAST fishing tackle trade show in Las Vegas.  With all the media interest in our new Tournament Class reels and rods, I've been swamped at the booth.  This is the first chance I've had for a few days to get back online and respond to BR forum questions/comments. 

I did read the post from GoneFishing65, and I will check with our customer service department on how to best deal with the problem mentioned. While it sounds like you may have fixed the problem yourself, we want to make sure the issue has been resolved properly, and that you are completely confident in the performance of your
