What has happened to the thread heading titles? Everything is in a vertical alignment, which for me makes it near impossible to read. Why the change, or is it a fluke or just my issue?

I use duck duck go as my browser and just checked the site on google and everything is fine with it. Strange!

Nope, after logging in on google the headings are the same,

Some browsers don't render web pages the same. Also depends on the device you're using as well: phone, tablet, pc. For example I'm using Safari on a Mac Pro laptop at the moment. Pages here render fine for me. Same goes for on my iPad but on my phone they render long like you mentioned.

This just started last night. It’s the same on google and duck duck go. It’s a very recent change.

Try clearing the cache/cookies to see if it helps. For both browsers to do it though I'd say it may be related to something else. Have you tried on a different pc, phone or tablet?

The vertical listing has been going on for me awhile now and it’s random very frustrating?

Tom

It has been rather random for the past few days but now it’s every topic and almost every thread.

Makes my OCD explode!

Been noticing this for a while in search threads and particular forums, but not every posting, just some are affected. ?

Works fine here also. But I have been having a different issue. Sometimes when I go to click on Activity or going from one topic header to another, my screen will jump to an ad instead of going to the thing I selected. When I close out the ad, it takes me to the topic I selected, so not a big deal, but curious as to why that happens.

Sometimes its your font size is to large in the settings on your phone

Ok, things are getting weird. Now when I click on "Forums" they show up as vertically stacked boxes with the heading for each topic in the top of the box. Is someone messing with things?

@Glenn ?

This is on my 12” iPad. Landscape mode and portrait mode. Similar to y’all’s or not?

when I click on a topic, yes that is what it looks like. But when I originally open the menu to "Forums" it has the different topics listed in boxes. Two "boxes" across the frame, and the other listed 2 wide down the screen until all are listed. It never looked like this before. I have not changed any settings, and do not have this problem on any other forums I am on.

So, I reloaded my browser and everything cleared up for me.

When I sign OUT and view the site everything is fine. When I sign IN  things are wonky.

That’s weird alright. Logged in or out should be the same really.

I'm not experiencing that, but for the last 3 days or so everyone has had a broken imagine icon next to their avatar. Using Google Chrome on my phone (mobile version). Screenshot_20230605-192849.thumb.png.00572e5af04cf5154bd5125916e24760.png

Now that you mention it I’ve been seeing the same thing. Maybe it’s the style sheet (CSS) having a hiccup. (Don’t ask. @Glenn will know.)

Yeah, this is a first on the avatar, a couple of boxes with a question mark on everyone’s.

Man I hate this, whatever it is that has happened to “my” view of the site. I just can’t stand to try and read threads that are all vertically layed out. I’ve tried everything I can to get back to a regular view to no avail. Apparently no else has this issue, so until I can get it figured out, adios!

I have had this problem for a few months and tried everything without success including clearing cookies etc. my efforts ended in me not being able to log back on for a week.

Now. I start a thread by clicking on the newest in the forum to open it up.
