throttleplate Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 This is me at my wifes parents house in the philippines which is located in the middle of soggy rice fields. It has a steel roof and bamboo slat siding with bamboo slatted floor in this room while what would be called the living room has a dirt floor. It is so hot and muggy that i dont want to move my body, i am spreading out my body to allow the air to come up under the slatted floor to cool me off, this is at night. At 10:00 AM you have to vacate the home and find a breeze outside or shade as the tin roof will broil you. 1 2 Quote
