Super User Jimzee Posted August 20, 2007 Super User Posted August 20, 2007 Guys, I really need help finding these jigs. They are a small jig in 1g and 2g sizes used for light spinning tackle. I have looked everywhere with Google translator. I wish I could speak Japanese. I can find them in the bigger sizes such as 3.5g-7g but can't seem to find them in the smaller sizes. The colors that I need is Imae Watermelon and Green pumpkin. They always have a few on eBay but they're either the wrong color or the wrong size. I know some of our members are in different countries so if you can help I will gladly make it worth your while to help find these jigs. (HINT- HINT , T-RIG) ;D ;D Thank you!!! Quote
Super User T-rig Posted August 20, 2007 Super User Posted August 20, 2007 They are pretty difficult to find! Here are a few available but I don't think exactly the one's you are looking for. http://www.ichibantackle.com/showmanufacturer.asp?manufactureid=151&name=IMAKATSU Check out the Deps R.R. Rubber Jig and the Keitech jigs, they come in small sizes. Quote
Super User Jimzee Posted August 20, 2007 Author Super User Posted August 20, 2007 Check out the Deps R.R. Rubber Jig and the Keitech jigs, they come in small sizes. The only bad thing about the Deps is the lack of a weed guard. I fish mainly flooded timber so I have to have a weed guard. I have a few of the Keitech jigs and they are okay, the hook size is just a bit small on their jigs. Daniel, do you have a way to get these Rock Vader jigs? If so, shoot me a PM. Thanks!!! Super User T-rig Posted August 21, 2007 Super User Posted August 21, 2007 There are many stores in Japan where you can get them but I don't understand japanese either. The Evergreen C.C. Round Jig 1/16oz. (aprox. 1.8gr.) have been working well for me. They have a weedguard and the hooks are larger then on the Keitech jigs. I wish I could help more! Quote
LooksLikeSinbad Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 There are a few here: http://www.ichibantackle.com/showmanufacturer.asp?manufactureid=151&name=IMAKATSU Quote

The things work great wth a Sweet Beaver as a trailer. Sorry for provoking the bait monkey! ;D ;D Quote
Super User Jimzee Posted August 22, 2007 Author Super User Posted August 22, 2007 I actually have a few of the Mogulla jigs. I used them alot this past spring. They slip through cover like crazy and don't get hung up easily. Quote
