I placed my first order this morning.  After about 30 minutes I realized that I had overlooked a couple of items.  I called them to see if I could add them to my order.  The guy said sorry your order has already shipped and I should have it by Friday.  In my book that is fast.  I’m used to at least a week’s wait.

I was shocked as well when I placed an order yesterday and received notification I’ll receive it tomorrow. Figured it would take the customary 2 weeks. Maybe they were tired of losing sales and hired some folk

Unfortunately, once it is in the processing, or shipping phase...even if it hasn't left, they would have to go find the package, bring it back, create a new label etc. They typically will not adjust the orders after placed and it starts processing.

My last few orders have been delivered within 3 days. Ive been quite impressed with TW lately.

This would shock me too given that it always takes them at least a week to ship items in stock.  Maybe they finally caught on that it should be shipped immediately if its in stock...

same thing happened to me, I wanted to change the color of my PB rat and they said it been shipped and next day(today) I received my items haha... I like that.

No, it's none of the above.  Supply chain issues are finally disappearing in the fishing industry.  Still not caught up completely yet, but having items in stock is finally becoming a thing again.

I’ve never had to wait more than a week to get an order from TW, gotten 2 orders within 3 days the past couple of months

Received my order in three days, order to door.

Georgia location is a huge plus!

Man, call them and give them the business! Maybe they'll give you a discount off them or something. But yeah your anniversary for that order is coming up. :D

In a sense, that's pretty sweet that they are shipping out orders quickly! I usually order my terminal tackle from there.

A little less than wow: seems the PayPal option has disappeared on my cart. Hope it's just a glitch.

 

As often commented on the board, in the past Tacklewarehouse has been hacked. I personally on at least two occasions had a credit card hacked and fraudulent purchases on my card...Tacklewarehouse was the most likely culprit. Once they even acknowledged the hack.

 

Since then I paid through PayPal, including last week. Now on a new purchase, the option to pay with PayPal seems to have dissappeared from Payment Information on my cart.

 

Not pleased ☹️?

Just checked my account, PayPal option is there. Without logging in to the account, there was no PayPal option. Weird!
