And a question, is your electronics all linked or the 360 you can only see from the screen near the trolling motor ? 1 Quote

Nope, I wouldn't use poles that much, Ultrex handles locking me in place just fine. If I lived further south, say FL or AL I'd definitely have them. Yes, 360 is linked to both Solix 15's along with the Ultrex and my G2. The Ultrex can follow a contour line and I can display engine info on both Solix 15's..... 1 Quote

Capt.Bob Posted May 20, 2018 Posted May 20, 2018 Them big pretty rigg's are sure pretty,, but don't do me much good where I need to go and get,, half the time don't even have a ramp, and many times there is only the bank and plenty of current, sometimes I gotta anchor over the bank to fish the holes???? She aint pretty, but she sure is capable of getting to where the best fishing is, and that aint where the speed boats and ski jets play! Saddled and dressed her yesterday in gill hopper mode, ready to take off Monday morning fer the Lake, my base camp fer the next month, I'll be lake hpp'n the next 4 to 6 weeks nailing them pan sized Gill's on the bed's, at least 4 or 5 days a week,, I let the weekend cowboy's do their thing Sat. and Sun. 7 Quote
Craig Strong Posted May 21, 2018 Posted May 21, 2018 Picked this 1985 astroglass 175s up a couple weeks ago. Transom is strong. Stringers are shot but it rides solid. Has a ski boom. Kids love it. Probably sell in the fall after a summer of fun. 4 Quote
