Pradopower Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 My sevylor colorado. I know inflatables aren't for everyone, but the pond down the street from me is on some town conservation land and its about 3/4 of a mile from the parking to the water. Having to carry in everything helps keep things simple. Whatever it is has to fit in the backpack. I can put in the front seat for a 2nd person when my wife or son want to come. Plus, being able to keep it all the the trunk of the car is great for days I can bail out of work early and head straight to the pond. In the end, it's about getting out on the water, right? 1 Quote

Nice, that's why I went with a 10 ft. kayak. It is carryable by one person and fits in my truck bed without fancy equipment, unlike larger models. 1 Quote
Hanover_Yakker Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 Got some fishing in this past weekend and had a friend capture a pic for me on the water of my 2015 Hobie Outback with the Power-Pole Micro installed. 1 Quote
Shockwave Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Just and updated pic How do you like the Lund for bassin purposes? I have a 97 Skeeter and am seriously considering upgrading to a newer Lund. I'm wondering what the pros/cons would be to switching. Quote

I'm wondering what the pros/cons would be to switching. I love it. Lund stopped making the Predator in 2013 but I've seen a couple with 2014 graphics on them. The Predator is more or less a multispecies bass boat. If I was to buy a current model, it would be a ProV GL. Most of the current line up tin models have limited front deck space. The build quality is exceptional and the usage of available storage space is well thought out. It rides solid and feels safe, even in nasty stuff. Quote

I'm considering trading in my 97 Skeeter Fish and Ski for a Lund Explorer Sport. I'm just concerned about how much accessibility I'll have to spawning flats with a boat that size. Quote

ktowncabby Posted May 24, 2015 Posted May 24, 2015 Hello. I just joined this site and i hope someone can help me identify the make of bassboat i have. First there is a missing decal at the back that once said Adventure 175, the hull number is ZJU175AD1E787 It is single console fibreglass with a Mariner 150 Magnum on it. The guy i bought it from thought it was a Century bassboat but i can find no info on Century boats. Any help would be greatly appreciated Quote

I looked at one this past weekend and it was a gorgeous boat. I was sold on a Lund until I looked at that boat! Quote
WPCfishing Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 This is my water ride these days. The outrigger I made for it allows me to stand with absolute confidence and cast all day. I installed an anchor system that keeps me planted. I mounted a couple Ram mounts for my 5xHDI and iphone with map app. I run with two batteries so I'm good for a full day without worry and they balance weight distribution.. Rod holder is attached to the trolling motor mount. Top speed with the endura Max 55 is 4 mph. 1 Quote
Vayned Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 My first boat. Replacing seats is first on the list. 2 Quote
Super User Catch and Grease Posted June 18, 2015 Super User Posted June 18, 2015 Figured since we have finally got the thing running okay I'd post it here. My parents bought me this for a graduation present and I was in love the second I saw it, its a 15ft 1980 Lowe with a 1980 25HP mercury. When they bought it just had the motor and the two low seats, the high seats, trolling motor, and battery are all brand new. I feel so spoiled..... When they said they were thinking about getting me a boat I was thinking more like a 12' jon boat... But I'm okay with this! Lol 1 Quote
