Always hard but it was time.

Had her as an 8 week old pup and for the last 12 years

she's been both a Handful & a Blessing.

Fenway's been glued to my wife for what seems like forever.

We'll miss her.

RIP sweet girl.

I know ~

But as much as we celebrate the 'new pup' days.

I think it's important to Thank them and say good bye.

We owed her at least that.

My condolences, despite their all too short lives, they make a outsized imprint on our hearts.

From one dog lover to another, I think about the dogs I have shared my life with almost everyday, and miss them all. I'll bet you do too.

Losing a family dog completely devastates the wife and I for a lengthy period, wish it weren't so.

Sorry A-Jay for the loss of a beautiful animal, really.

I know they’re all special but it seems like Fenway was a little extra special for you. So sorry for you both….and the pack. I imagine they feel the loss too.

Thank You Mike ~

I get it and it's sad for sure.

But we know we are signing up for it all with every puppy & adult dog

we decide to bring into our home.

Part of the deal, all be it a tough part.

We've been through a bit of a tough stretch where members of our pack

where coming to the end on the line at a rate of one a year for 4 or 5 years now.

That's a little rugged.

Our little pack is just two now, a 2 & a 3 year old.

So glad Tank & Kya are here.

Always very hard for me to say goodbye to a loyal great dog A-Jay. I've been there also. Time helps to heal these things, but I understand, it's never easy.

Really sorry to hear.  We were there just a couple weeks ago with our 12+ wirehair vizsla and it was very sudden.  Its a reminder that there is never enough time with them so cherish every moment you do get.

  • Thanks 1
