Kayak rack compatible with tonneau cover

Anyone have suggestions for a truck bed kayak rack system that works with a tonneau cover?  If so  feel free to include specific covers it is compatible with and any other accessories needed. 

 

I've done some research already but very few sites tell all I need to know.

That above is ADARAC. I just bought one for my truck. Truly the only one I could find that offered quality and affordability. Goes on with my roll up tonneau cover and you can get different height uprights. It is mounted with a system using the truck stake pockets , no drilling or permanent attachments.

Comes in powered coated black and natural silver. Nice selection of accessories too. I added the side rail tie downs and the bar anchor cleats.

All aluminum, nice unit.
